Transfer impact assessment in context
- The most common are [[SCCs]]; the ==2021 modular SCCs== address [[Schrems II]], which requires a [[transfer impact assessment]] and possibly ==supplementary measures==. (Providing adequate safeguards - SCCs and the transfer impact assessment)
